Key Features
Discs
Two Rows of 500mm Diameter Cutaway Discs - Capable of cutting, turning, levelling the ground & ensure thorough soil preparation for subsequent planting. Mounted on heavy-duty 100mm box section frames & equipped with 50mm rubber suspension rods suitable for primary cultivation. Proven quality hubs and bearings allow for a 600mm disc as an added option.
Hydraulic & Manual Adjustment
Discs are hydraulically adjustable on the move for depth, allowing for quick adjustments to suit varying ground conditions, the discs can also be manually adjusted on a parallel linkage for progressive cultivation, providing precise control over soil working.
Drawbar Options
Swivelling Linkage Mounting - Capable of turning to tight angles, exceptionally useful on field headlands, this also allows some draft control and further depth control for enhanced manoeuvrability and effectiveness. Alternatively a ring hitch style drawbar is also available as an optional feature for added versatility and ease of use.
Packer Options
The standard fit 800mm shouldered ring packer leaves the soil level and consolidated in a weatherproof finish ready to drill into, Other packer options available by request
Depth Adjustment & Scraper System
The working depth of the TWB Jester is adjusted on the drawbar and depth gauges of the packer by the simple TWB pin and gauge depth control. This system provides straightforward and precise control over the working depth, ensuring consistent soil preparation. * Scraper System: - The low down scraper position and scraper blade adjustment ensure the shouldered ring packer keeps turning for longer. This feature prevents clogging and maintains the efficiency of the packer over extended periods.
